One that
This dance piece was packed full of emotion. The talented dancers Oliver Sale, Emilie Marie Karlsen, Nora Svenning and Therese Slob draw the audience in through dance, a dance that hits a little deeper than others. Throughout the performance, the dancers express their feelings through text, drawing and, last but not least, dance. There is one emotion that it all comes down to: loneliness.
We in the SUS group had mixed opinions about this performance. I, Erle, thought the performance really hit home, and that the dancers expressed loneliness in a good way, in a way that I felt meant that more people could relate to the performance. The fact that the dancers talked about their own loneliness in real life I think was also very well done.
On the other hand, some of us felt that the performance didn't quite hit the mark. It didn't portray loneliness in the best way, and it was a little hard to follow.
All in all, we all thought that the dancers were very talented, although opinions were divided on the message and the portrayal of loneliness.
Greetings to the SUS gang 2019 🙂
