In Alebvinger, we are taken into a world of Mexican culture, colorful dance and music. We get to know the girl Frida who, on the night before the Day of the Dead, a Mexican festival, is taken into a world where she meets a strange fantasy animal. The performance is filled with Mexican music, dance and of course colorful costumes. This is truly a show where you don't have to worry about being bored.

The performance consists of many different elements. Music and dance are central, and in the performance there is singing in Mexican and the instruments used are guitar and violin. "We thought the music was very nice and it was fun to listen to. During most of the songs there was also a lot of dancing which was very entertaining and fun to watch. Another important element was the costumes. The dancer, Frida, had several costume changes during the performance. The costumes she wore were colorful dresses, which she used in the dance. This captured a lot of attention.

Throughout the performance, a story was told about Frida and the world she came to. There were different opinions on whether the story was conveyed well enough, some thought the story was confusing, and that all the music in the dance and colors made the story not clear enough, while others of us did not think this was a problem.

The target group for this performance was 4 - 10 years. We think that the youngest ones most likely won't get the action with them and probably focus mostly on the colors, music, etc. For the slightly older ones, the story will probably be more important. Because of this, we believe that the target group of 4-10 years is suitable. Everyone who watches it will probably focus on different things, but we think it will be entertaining for everyone regardless.

If anything could have been better, we think it's the sound in the performance. Many of the things they said were indistinct, and if the sound had been better, the stories would probably also have been clearer.

All in all, we think the show was entertaining, and that it suits the target group it is set for. We would recommend this performance to those from 4-10 years.
