The Hedda nominations were announced yesterday, and we are particularly proud that three of the nominees are in our repertoire. This year, prizes will be awarded for both best children's production and best youth production.

In the Best Children's Show category, Brown, by Teater Joker, is nominated. The performance was shown at Showbox last year, and Unge Stemmer thinks the performance hit the target group well, but also those who were a bit older - " I was very impressed. I'm 15 years old, but I thought it was really funny. A very good performance I recommend seeing, especially for families with children. It was both funny and touching, and showed what it can be like to lose someone dear in an incredibly nice way.

The same year we also showed NIE's performance We come from far, far away, a performance played inside a Mongolian yurt (tent). Young Voices was "very pleased" and liked the use of effects. The performance has received good reviews in scenekunst.no. The production is nominated for Best production for youth.

In this category we also find U-DUB - Exercises in surviving the state of emergency by Transiteatret and Tore Vagn Lid. The performance received "Bergensprisen 2015 - Performing Arts of the Year" is also in our repertoire.

Congratulations to all the nominees!
