Organizer support

an incentive to choose quality.

What is organizer support?

Counties that are members of our dissemination network can be reimbursed up to 50 percent of the total expenses for performances selected from Scenekunstbruket's repertoire.
This depends on the availability of funds, and in recent years the organizer support has amounted to between approx. 15-20 percent.

Every year, the counties report statistics and all costs (basic prices, travel, per diem and accommodation, rental of technical equipment, rigging days, transportation of students, etc. The organizer support that is paid is earmarked for the purchase of new performing arts from our repertoire.

Repertoire and quality assessment

Scenekunstbruket sees and assesses the quality of performances in collaboration with our artistic council, and in dialogue with those responsible for performing arts in DKS in the counties. We emphasize artistic quality, and that the repertoire should show a diversity of forms of expression, formats and contexts for the target group 0-20 years. More info about the artistic council can be found here.

The organizer

Organizers are free to use the repertoire overview to select performances. The organizer contacts the group/performer and arranges any gigs/tours.

All counties are members of Scenekunstbruket's dissemination scheme. Organizers should contact their county for possible affiliation with existing schemes.

Since Scenekunstbruket has not received increased funding for the organizer support/incentive scheme, we do not have the opportunity to expand the scheme to more members at this time.
