NOBA, Nordic-Baltic Network for Young Audiences, will hold a network meeting on Thursday, December 5, 2013 during the performing arts festival SHOWBOX. NOBA is a newly established Nordic-Baltic network focusing on increased mobility, information and knowledge about dance for young audiences, especially in the Nordic-Baltic region. NOBA organizes its open network meetings in connection with a festival that focuses on children and young people, and this time it is SHOWBOX in Oslo.

Quality and aesthetics:
What do we mean by the terms quality and aesthetics? And how do we relate to it? How do we judge? What are the geographical and cultural differences? Can aesthetics influence quality assessment? This is an ongoing discussion and a wide-ranging question, but at the same time a very relevant discussion. This is a dialog seminar with short presentations followed by questions and views from the audience.
The meeting is open to all, and will be followed by food and socializing.

Venue: Black Box teater, Marstrandgata 8, Oslo
Time: December 5, 15.00 - 18.00 (party from 18.00 ->)
