In yesterday's diary, I hoped for an immediate improvement. So it's great to be able to say that I got it today. Today there were many great performances. Today there were a number of children's performances, so it was time to be a bit childish. Something Joachim and I took full advantage of, just ask the girls.
The first show we went to see was Bror. Here, young hip-hop artists were going to take over Norway's second pride after the brown cheese, namely the opera. I thought this was going to be really cool. I prepared myself to see a lot of somersaults with a full twist. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of that and I wasn't very engaged. I sat and wondered why they were dancing around with shields.
After Bror, the journey continued to Dramatikens hus. Since it had been quite a while since I'd had a real experience, I didn't really have any expectations, which is why Minnens Museum was such a great experience. This was a strong story that I really appreciated. This was a great show, but also a little bit sad, definitely an experience.
Then the childishness began, Faust for kids was next. I have to give a lot of credit to the actors, they were really extremely good. The plot was evil, but a really nice and fun children's show. It was great to be a kid again. Get some children's humor.
There were a lot of performances today, so it went off without a hitch. The next childishness was "If only pink could do magic". Here, the childishness was ten thousand times higher than it was at "Faust for kids". This was seriously exaggerated. I did this humor in kindergarten, BUT it was fun to see it again, in addition, it was fun to laugh with Joachim about how exaggerated this actually was.
The last performance of the day was Bartolomeo. It was okay, but it went a little too slowly in my opinion, but when the flour bags came out, things got moving and it really took off. That's when I actually saw how rehearsed this was. This was dance skilzz at the highest level!

Day 3 was all in all a real success. Lots of fun/cool performances. These are the kind of days the newbie likes. We hope day 4 will be just as good!
