The Gullsekken jury has decided on the finalists for the Cultural Rucksack's own award. The winners will receive NOK 100,000 when Gullsekken is awarded at the professional days for the Cultural Rucksack in Hamar on March 17. Eight finalists have been selected, four schools and four productions, with one school and one production receiving NOK 100,000 each in prize money.

We are delighted that Scenekunstbruket's nominated performance "Voff! Art!" by Sagliocco Ensemble, is one of the finalists. "Voff! Art!" is a distinctive theater performance about a woman who loves two things more than anything else in the world; dogs and art! Sagliocco Ensemble's Guandaline Sagliocco takes the audience on a lecture, a review of art history's "most important" images, namely those depicting dogs! Woof! Art! is a children's performance about art that in a humorous and unpredictable way reviews works from art history by Velázquez, Seurat, Picasso and Warhol without seeming to lecture.

Sagliocco Ensemble consists of actress Guandaline Sagliocco and producer/actor Håkan Islinger. Since its establishment in 1988, the ensemble has produced and performed a number of productions for children, youth and adults.

The other three productions nominated for Gullsekken are "Cold" produced by Trøndelag Theatre, "Simon's Story", a co-production between Hordaland Theatre, Sogn og Fjordane Theatre and Den Nationale Scene. "That Jenny" produced by Brageteateret.
The jury this year consisted of Maj Britt Andersen, Trond Johnsen, Shanti Brahmachari, Per Terje Naalsund, Marny Skeie Henkel, Pål Giørtz and Elisabeth Sørheim.
