A father, a son and a lover. All bound to the same woman.

In the performance we meet these three seafarers. On a wave of comical, absurd and poetic performances, the three seafarers unleash a storm of memories....Vindstille draws inspiration from the many mysterious stories from the coastal population.

Vindstille is an energetic musical performance without words, for young people and adults, and with stage images created from objects and materials found along Lofoten's beaches and on Dutch industrial sites.

The Lunatics are based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and have for many years enjoyed great international success with their absurd outdoor theater performances. Their performances are characterized by frequently changing stage images, created to activate the audience's imagination and transport the audience in and out of the most surprising universes. The world of The Lunatics is wild, hilarious and at the same time ephemeral, where nothing seems to be what it initially appears to be.
