What would really happen if Romeo and Juliet actually got together and moved in together? In Juliet + Romeo we meet two clowns who want to be Romeo and Juliet, the ultimate romantic perfection. The play turns Shakespearean love drama upside down and examines the great ideals and clichés of our time. 

What do clowns do when their dreams of love collide with everyday life, when the contrasts are great, expectations and wills are divided and glossy images must be maintained? Juliet + Romeo is a funny, crazy and sore tragicomedy about relationships in all their beauty, but also in all their despair and disappointment.
