Join us for an interactive dance performance based on digital games. With sound and light, the room becomes a game room. The performers' movements are choppy and robotic, and by changing positions in the room they invite the children to move with them.

In the end, the children get to play a game where they control the athletes through an obstacle course. But what happens when the game glitches, and the children are no longer in control? By using something the children know a lot about, the performance raises themes about the body and emotions: we can't control everything that happens to us. Can we say that the body glitches when it doesn't cooperate?

Glitch is a word used in gaming to describe a technical error in a game. Examples of this are when the character in a game does not move as it should or suddenly finds itself in a completely new place in the game, often outside the specified path.

The performance is best suited for the age group 8-11 years.

The dance performance is supported by SPENN, Oslo Municipality and the Fund for Performing Artists and was further developed in the talent program FORTE at Rom for Dans.
