Grease, a secret garden, circus, French emotions and what happens at twelve to five? It's getting close to festival time in Oslo, and we can't wait for Showbox to start on Monday, November 14. We are proud to present many strong and great performances both Norwegian and international during this year's Showbox.
Grease, a secret garden, circus, French emotions and what happens at twelve to five? It's getting close to festival time in Oslo, and we can't wait for Showbox to start on Monday, November 14.
We are proud to be able to present many strong and great performances, both Norwegian and international, at this year's Showbox.
These are companies that are conscious of how they want to reach young people with their artistic expression.
This year we will be visited by Cie Arcosm with Traverse which, after touring around France, is making its way to Norway.
Traverse is a beautiful, warm, funny, sore and absurd performance that mixes dance, mime and music. Suitable for children from 6 years and up, played 16/11 at 19.00 at Black Box Theater.
If you buy a Festival Pass, you are guaranteed a seat at everything that happens during the festival, from seminars to the grand closing performance of Pina Bausch's Full Moon at the Opera. Don't despair if you haven't bought a pass yet, there are still a few left! Can be purchased here.
If you can only attend one of the performances, it is possible to buy individual tickets via Billettservice.
We emphasize that Showbox should be a festival that also serves as a professional arena and meeting place where performing artists, organizers and other interested parties gather in a variety of performances, conversations, discussions and presentations. All with a focus on performing arts for children and young people.
Welcome to Showbox!
Greetings Ådne, Guri & Anki
