At the annual meeting in the spring of 2020, Scenekunstbruket gained two new board members. We welcome Zezé Kolstad and Kjell Arthur Helmersen to the board!

Kjell Arthur Helmersen has been employed as head of Culture in Troms since 2012, and following the merger of Troms and Finnmark counties, he is currently head of section for both Culture in Troms and Scenen Finnmark. In recent years, he has been responsible for the county's work with the regional musician scheme, the cultural school bag, the cultural walking stick, Folkemusikk Nord and the book and culture bus in South Troms. He is a member of the steering group for Harstad municipality's work with persecuted musicians through the free city scheme and in the steering group for the interreg project Arctic Pulse. As head of Culture in Troms for many years, he has gained broad leadership experience in the cultural field.

Zezé Kolstad has her dance education from London Studio Center and a master's degree in choreography from KHiO. She has worked as a dance artist in the independent field in Norway and England, staged her own productions for adults and children with Didá Productions and been house choreographer for the National Company in Mozambique, Companhia National de Canto e Dança. She has served on committees for both dance and performing arts at the Arts Council Norway and recently became vice-chair of the Council of the Norwegian Children's Book Institute. Zezé has been the artistic director of Fargespill and through this work has experience from working with Spekterkonferansen, MiniØya, Kulturfest Tøyen, Melafestivalen, and the performance "Lufta er for alle" on the main stage at The Norwegian Theatre.
