We are looking for a professional advisor

Our technical advisor is going on leave, and we are looking for a substitute in a 100% position.  

Doyou want to help develop the performing arts field for children and young people? Are you interested in cultural policy and would you like to work on both national and international projects? Do you enjoy writing, meeting people and creating festivals? With us, you get to work in a small and friendly organization that has big ambitions for the performing arts and young people. We are located in beautiful premises at Økern in Oslo, one of Oslo's most exciting urban development areas.

You will be part of an organization and a dissemination network that has great ambitions for the field of performing arts for children and youth, both nationally and internationally.  

The tasks are varied and will consist of following up our collaborations in the field of performing arts, with responsibility for some of our national and international projects. You will be active in developing the organization's strategy and action plan, enter into new collaborations and initiate activities with a focus on professional development. The position requires good writing skills, work with input and applications, and contributions to the organization's political work. Good insight into the cultural policy landscape is an advantage. 

There will also be varied tasks associated with the performing arts festival Showbox, and must be taken into account incidental work that lies under our activities defined in the action plan.  

We are looking for a temp with relevant higher education and/or relevant prior learning. It is desirable that the applicant has experience from administrative and project-related work. The applicant must have good language skills in spoken and written English. If you also have good collaboration skills and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner, you are the person we are looking for.
