In collaboration with ProScen in Bergen, Dominika Minkacz Sira and Ine Terese Hogstad meet for a chat at Cornerteatret. Hear them talk about how they work, different forms of performing arts and the young audience.

Dominika Minkacz Sira is the founder of Open Window Theatre, where she is also artistic director, actor and puppeteer. She has a master's degree from the Academy of Theater in Poland, and extensive experience as an actor, including at the National Stage in Bergen. Open Window Theatre has had great success with the production Snill, based on the book by Gro Dahle, which has toured extensively both in Norway and abroad. Open Window Theatre focuses on theater art aimed at children and adults, where different expressions and effects meet. Open Window Theatre is currently focusing on several collaborations with institutional theaters and artists both in Norway and abroad.

Ine Terese Hogstad is a trained dance artist and holds a bachelor's degree in dance from UiS and a Nordic Master of Arts in Dance studies from NTNU. She has created several performances for children, adults and the elderly for the Cultural School Bag, the Cultural Walking Stick and her own contemporary art projects. In recent years, Hogstad has explored the themes of deep ecology, sustainability and the ecological self. This has resulted in several projects: "The Silent Spring" (2017), "What Shines" (2018) and "Growing Stories" (2020).

Together with artist and musician Hanne Vatnøy, Hogstad created the children's performance "The Little Prince" (2014) and "Dans vêret" (2016), and they are now working on a new project for children: "Fabelaktig!" (Fabulous!), which will be a cross-aesthetic performance with contemporary circus, music and dance.
