Oldcomer of the year: Nadir Guendouz

This year's award winner has been a resource in the field of performing arts for many years, and has spread learning, wisdom and love through her work! The award winner has developed her very own method for seeing and developing people to become artists, and over the years has generously shared her knowledge.

His family's plan was for him to become an engineer, but the award winner himself dreamed of something completely different: He wanted to dance and act. We are very happy that he followed his own dream.

The artistic development that has taken place in the Norwegian performing arts field is largely thanks to this year's award winner, and the legacy will be carried on.
