Cable puller of the year

  • WINNER: By Proxy - Oss: By Proxy is nominated in the category Cable Puller of the Year because the performers in the production "Oss" pulled a total of 1 900 meters of cable for each performance. The production was on tour in DKS Oppland in February this year and in six days the company pulled a total of 11,400 meters of cable. That's 11.4 km of cable. Feedback of the time

  • Winner: NIE - Museum of Memories: Teacher feedback: "Have had a run of both teachers and students thanking us for allowing them to attend such a professional and good performance. "Can the school really afford for us to go to something so good?" asked a 9th grader, and probably learned a little more about cultural communication from the answer. Anyway, thank you: Thank you!"

Rotete touring car

  • Winner: Citroen Jumpy. The Telemark Cultural Rucksack: "Winter, -2 and rain... there was something wrong with the brakes because it only took on one wheel at the front. So in inner Telemark, where there are a lot of uphills and downhills, it was a close-to-life experience many times over. A fun car to be sure! Got a puncture in the middle of the forest but no problems. Tried to drive faster than 82 km / h once but the only thing that happened when I pressed the gas was that it vibrated a lot more and drew 0.5l more per mile. I remember buying a Jonathan Richman CD at a flea market in Rjukan that I donated to the car and when I came back 3.5 years later, the same CD was in and still played well! Olav Tveitan at DKS Telemark and I have talked a lot about this car."

The most convoluted tour leg of all time

  • Winner: Reidun Kristiansen - Turneorganisasjonen for Hedmark: a fantastic and 100% reliable coach. She is always available and answers the strangest questions from both schools and athletes in a pleasant and tidy manner. She's always willing to go the extra mile when it's needed, and always works to ensure that the touring framework is optimal, for the benefit of the students' art experiences.
  • Winner: Trygve Apalset - Den kulturelle skolesekken i Sogn og Fjordane: You won't find a nicer and more helpful tour manager for a long time. Rebooks flight times so that the performers can get home faster, provides clown noses when needed. Fixes new accommodation when mountain passes are closed! Trygve Apalset is always available, always welcoming and friendly, and is more than happy to accommodate special requests.

Partner of the year - at home alone

  • Winner: Andreas Humlekjær - cohabiting with Eirin Schou Fævelen, Madam Pysj: When Andreas Humlekjær started Madam Pysj, he thought he would have the opportunity to tour the country with his new company. It didn't work out that way. Instead, his partner, Eirin Schou Fævelen, was on the road for much of the year. Eirin is constantly at work and with 247 performances spread over 158 tour days planned for the 2019/20 school year, Andreas Humlekjær must sit at home alone in his apartment in Oslo for at least 158 days.
