Puls is a very unique performance, with an abstract message.

It was difficult to understand the message of the play without knowing what it was about at first, but after we read the description, it made more sense. In the description of the performance, they write that "Puls" is about raising questions related to humanity's footprint on the earth, our urge to create, build and invent.

It seemed as if the show was trying to convey a message about human dependence on different objects. The cube was
filled with everything from bicycles to washing machines, and this was an exciting and new type of performance that none of us have seen before.

The show is basically about an older man who discovers this strange cube. There are a number of abnormal and inexplicable events that can be exciting for both younger and older people. In addition, later in the performance, a slightly strange character will be discovered as a dancer.

The performance was completely voiceless, but there were so many different sounds. We would probably
recommended this performance for an older audience, but it can be interesting for younger children who can interpret the performance in different ways than the older ones.

"What happens if a man is confronted by his own creation", they write in the description of Puls. Our thoughts on this performance are a bit mixed. It was very exciting, because a lot of different things happened. It was difficult to understand the message, but we eventually managed to understand a little more of what was written in the description of it.

The performance was very out of the ordinary and we really recommend seeing it to experience something unique.

Puls is made by Cirka Teater in co-production with Teatret vårt.
