Browns

Brune is a children's show about a superhero named Brune, he paints things brown and he is not afraid of anything. The performance is based on the book "Brune", written by Håkon Øvreås and illustrated by Øyvind Torseter.

We had very high expectations , asthe book won theNordic Council Children and Young People's Literature Prize in 2014. We envisioned a good children's show where the actors had contact with the audience and made them laugh. We wanted something that would entertain children and adults, something of good quality. And the show lived up to our expectations.

The actors were incredibly good, they played all their characters incredibly well. They spoke clearly, and we understood everything they said. Even though the same actor played several roles, they managed to make clear distinctions between the characters, so we understood well when they were which roles.

The audience seemed to have a lot of fun. The target group for the show was 6 years and up, and I think that's a good target group. At the same time, the show was very funny for those who are a little older. This will be a perfect family show, because everyone will have fun, regardless of age.

The actors had good contact with the audience. At the very beginning of the performance, when the audience entered the auditorium, the actors talked tothe audience. Personally,Ithinkthis was a very nice way to start a performance.

I was very impressed. I'm 15 years old, but I thought it was very funny. A very good performance I recommend to see, especially for families with children. It was both funny and touching, and showed how it can be to lose someone dear in an incredibly nice way.
