A performance consisting of two choreographies that invite you into a world where three dancers in dialog with each other and their surroundings explore identity. It will be a journey among toy pianos and lamps where humorous moments arise.WeFiction- beautiful energy in memory. This is a choreography that has developed in close dialog with the dancers. Newly created tones inspired by Norwegian folk music come from England, through Nathaniel Reed's specially written music. In this energetic and beautiful performance, we meet the three dancers who offer themselves and bring memories from their own lives into the choreography: Anne Holck Ekenes and Pia Holden. Private Rite is choreographed by one of Canada's foremost and most recognized choreographers, Hélène Blackburn. She has created a tight, but at the same time humorous and entertaining performance that contains surprising elements. The audience is taken on a journey into the dancers' daily rituals, an eternal search for the perfect performance: Hélène Blackburn. This workshop is suitable for students with a special interest in performing arts.
