An eager birthday girl who prepares for the birthday her friends can't come to, a mischievous band girl who can't go to rehearsals and a child who dreams of traveling, even though it's not allowed.
Utsikt" plays out situations that children recognize and that are relevant in the time we live in now. Cancelled plans and shattered dreams - but also relief at what we are letting go of. The children sit safely behind the windows, together with those they know and watch the performance through the windows.
