Tre små brannmenn av Jesper Halle
Teater Joker
A funny, absurd and unpredictable text written for Teater Joker which does a slightly unusual staging. The play begins with the educational and well-meaning narrator and her sweet story about the three little firemen. But as the story progresses, the rescue operations no longer go so well for the three heroes. The reality suddenly resembles something completely different from what they had wished for. The children's book breaks down, the dramatization goes haywire and everything that was supposed to be so cozy looks more and more like a nightmare. Jesper Halle calls the text a children's book for advanced adults. He wrote the text in connection with the company's 20th anniversary, where it was staged as a slightly unusual reading. The production is supported by FFUK and the Norwegian Actors' Equity Association's Fund for Freelancers.
