A performance in four parts - about hunger. We meet a young man with rolled eyes and a sausage in his eyes, who tries to make a living as a writer. He lives on the edge of starvation, but desperately tries to maintain his dignity.

On his way, he meets several people who may or may not extend a helping hand, or who could use a sausage to hold. At St. Olav's Square number 2, he meets a nameless woman with a green blanket under her arm. He calls her Ylajali.

The performance is freely adapted from Knut Hamsun's "Hunger".
