The Sock Swallower is a playful stage fable with lots of movement and music where we follow Maya on her search for her disappearing striped sock - the performance that provides the solution to the mystery of the socks that disappear without a trace when we wash clothes.Fru Flink makes sure that Maya behaves nicely and properly and Maya must find her lost striped sock again. In the dark laundry basement, Maya meets both the greedy Slurp Snake and Soap Snipe Slu before she gains courage and confidence through dance and movement and reveals the Sock Eater. The dance theater performance The Sock Eater is inspired by children's curiosity and their ability to switch between fantasy and reality.

Comments to the workshop:
ANNERLEDES GYM-TIMEIn connection with the screening of the dance theater performance Sokkeslukeren, we offer an activity program for children from 6 - 10 years. The starting point for GYM-TIME is everyday objects that inspire dance and movement.A whisk gives circular associations at a fast pace. How do you move with a broom? If you first make movements with the object and then take it away, but still make the same movements, this looks like dancing... Contact the group for more information about the program and price.
