Adi and Melvin are far from the coolest people at school; in fact, they don't have many friends outside of each other.
When Melvin gets picked on at the soccer field, Adi snaps, and when Adi doesn't want to go home, she can hang out with Melvin.

What the others at the school never learn, however, is that Adi and Melvin are Portal Pilots - agents who travel on missions to other dimensions. Here they have to ride unicorns and fight ninja robots, find lost dragon hearts and learn how to use magic. They are anything but losers - they are superheroes!

Based on the children's suggestions and input, Adi and Melvin go on adventures to solve problems, both the big ones out in the world and the ones inside their stomachs. A fun, exciting and beautiful show about being best friends and heroes to each other!
