Based on an Inuit story about a boy - Oruk - whose mother is actually a seal. One day, mom gets sick and has to go back to the sea. But where is her sealskin? And what happens to Oruk? Should he go with her? The story is portrayed with things that belong to the sea. Salt, water etc. create scenography, events, emotions and characters.The performance is produced in collaboration with Nordland Visual Theatre.
