In the performance, the audience gets close to the performers and their personal stories. The performance deals with themes such as the body, identity and making your own choices.

#Me&U is an interactive dance performance created for young people. #Me&U is about being young and explores questions related to relationships, body and identity.
How do we see each other and how do we talk to each other? Through the performance, the aim is to raise young people's awareness of their own opportunities, expressions and choices. Dialogue, interaction and tolerance are emphasized, as well as the fact that there are more qualities to being young than outward appearances and achievements. Space is created for open conversations about body, expression, relationships, dreams and ambitions.

How can we create a space where we can dare to express ourselves freely and show who we are?

In the performance, five dance solos unfold simultaneously in the room. Sounds and stories from the different solos spill over into each other and create connections between the themes. Eventually, the performers come together in recognizable situations; the classroom, the schoolyard, at a party and the like, with themes such as support, betrayal, exclusion, vulnerability, love, unity and strength.
