MELTING

Do you really know how many times you can fly to Thailand before the world ends? Or how much CO2 it costs to create a theater performance?Melting is three things at once; lecture, concert and theater.

Melting is political analysis, music performed on wine glasses, and an enormous rotating installation that fills the stage and evokes weightlessness and outer space.

Melting's ambition is to refresh your knowledge while giving you room to reflect on your own life. It's about both the big system and the little person. And whether you leave the show reassured or impatient about our common future, you will hopefully have become at least a little wiser.

Melting is a collaboration with installation artist Lawrence Malstaf and the musicians of Slagr.
