Who do we have room for in society? Does everyone have the right to life? What does the concept of diversity mean to us?

The action of the play goes back to Germany 1939, where Gerhard Herbert Kretschmar is born. Just 156 days later, he becomes the first child to be killed in the Nazi euthanasia program. Today, He and She will have their first child. The amniocentesis shows that something is different....Kinder K is a play that brings together two stories about human dignity.

Kristofer Blindheim Grønskag wrote "Kinder K" when he was living in Denmark, and the debate about early amniocentesis raged, resulting in fewer children born with Down's syndrome. While traveling in Germany, he came across the story of the child Gerhard Herbert Kretschmar, who was given the code name "Kinder K" by the Nazis.
