En Hemmelig Hage
Ossavy & Kolbenstvedt
Teatergruppa Fabula Rasa presents its very own version of the classic "The Secret Garden" by Frances Hodgson Burnett. A poetic and beautiful story where three very different children find each other, and together discover friendship, magic and love. This is a performance about children, on children's terms, in a visual language rich in associations. The book "The Secret Garden" was first published in 1911 and has been adapted into a film, TV series and radio play. But as far as we know, this is the first time it has inspired a theater production. Fabula Rasa has written a completely new stage text and peeled away all the adult characters so that only the children are left when the story meets the theater. The production has been co-produced with Nordland Visual Theatre and previously also Ibsen Theatre. It is funded by the Arts Council Norway and The Cultural School Bag. Fabula Rasa thanks Arnt Christian Teigen for his contribution to the development of the character Colin.http://www.fabularasa.no
