One early morning, the forest comes to life, and a forest elf finds an orphaned egg.
She guards the egg and dreams about what lives inside it.
We follow the amazing transformation from egg to newly hatched baby bird, and the baby bird's transformation into a beautiful, fully grown, flightless bird.

With shadow play, music and movement, young and old are invited to a visual and poetic performance without words.

For the youngest children and their siblings, parents, grandparents and other adults.
The performance is also adapted for special needs classes from elementary school up to high school.
