"Economic Theory for Dummies" is a performance lecture by and with Amund Sjølie Sveen that examines the theoretical, historical, philosophical and psychological background of today's economic system.

What is the connection between "human nature", economic theory and the modern market economy? What is it about economic growth? What is the function of banks, money and loans in our lives?

The project is a small contribution to the public's need to take back the power of definition in the field of economics. We need to understand the economy to have an opinion about it, we need to understand terms and concepts, we need adult education, we need a course in :Economic Theory for Dummies.
