Opening the door can be the beginning of something new - an adventure, a game or a path to a new world. The door leads from one room to another. Shall we open the door together?

Through a play with imagination, body and music, the performance is both a reaction to the children's incredible and wonderful vitality and an attempt to make them aware of it. To encourage them to enjoy, utilize and embrace this power they have within them.

The door is about how imagination allows us to go from nothing to something, from nowhere to anywhere.

The performances are part of an international initiative to get experienced contemporary artists to create challenging works of art for children.
