During the day Rune is Rune Rune, but at night Rune is Brune - the superhero who isn't afraid of anything!

With a brush and brown paint, Brune sneaks out. And it's not Rune's fault that Brune paints the bikes of the big boys in the superhero classes, is it?

Brune is a performance based on the book "Brune" by Håkon Øvreås. With scenography inspired by the drawings in the book and newly written music, the story is told about Rune, his mother and father, his grandfather and all his friends, unfriends, the priest and the policemen in the small town where Rune becomes the superhero Brown when night falls.

It's a show about friendship, courage and getting even. It's also a show about missing your grandfather and how everything can go wrong when your superhero powers are no longer enough.
