Join us on a musical journey and meet the goose who wonders who she is, the dog who has a storm in his head, the frog who is in love and several other animals who wonder about life's big questions. Based on recent Norwegian poetry for children, the big themes such as life and death, the universe, thoughts, dreams and emotions are explored.

Each performance addresses a theme that can be difficult to explain, but that children still wonder about. In a poetic and whimsical way, we have tackled themes such as life and death, the universe, thoughts, dreams and emotions. These are abstract concepts that are difficult to understand, but which children still relate to from an early age. We have created eight unique, low-key performances about what lies beyond the words and between the lines. The things we can't touch, but which are nevertheless so deeply present in our lives. With the help of shadow theater and music, the characters come alive, and the children enter a universe where words, music and aesthetics become a greater whole.

Poems by Per Olav Kaldestad, Ruth Lillegraven, Gro Dahle, Svein Nyhus, Christian Løchstøer, Ragnar Hovland and Synne Lea.

The performances are produced in collaboration with Cornerteateret in Bergen and supported by the Arts Council Norway, Bergen Municipality, Bergen County Council and Bergen Theater and Dramatic Society.

Comments on the workshop:
We can arrange a workshop together with set designer Mari Watn if desired. The scenography of the performance is made of cardboard. The characters are cardboard animals that come to life through shadow theater. We offer workshops after the performances, where the children can make their own cardboard animals that they can use for shadow theater. If we hold a workshop, there will be three of us instead of two traveling on tour.
