Will you catch me if I fall? Will you promise not to let go? Will you go another way if I look away? These questions delve deep into the vulnerability that arises when we ask for help and closeness. What happens when we face the difficulties of giving or receiving support? Can we always be there for each other, or are there limits to what we can offer?

1+1 shows the joy of being together in life, but also the fear of losing someone you love. The performance is an interactive performance where the audience is asked to help us with everything from lighting to rigging. By putting ourselves in situations where we need help in order to continue the performance, we depend on their commitment, their trust and their help. How we receive help will also affect how the performance develops and is experienced.

Join us on a journey into trust, closeness and responsibility.
