On Monday, November 26, the performing arts festival Showbox starts in Oslo. This is the eighth year in a row that Scenekunstbruket organizes SHOWBOX.
Despite its young age, the festival has become Norway's largest performing arts festival with a focus on children and young people.

Over the course of five days, November 26-30, you can experience more than 18 performances for children and young people - everything from documentary theater, puppetry, dance, theater and performance. We are proud to be able to present many strong and great performances, both Norwegian and international, during this year's Showbox.

The program includes the premiere of Hege Haagenrud's new performance Juryen, Katma's latest performance Bakeriet, and from Lithuania we have brought the touching, sad and funny performance Open Circle.

Not only do we have performances to offer, but every day you can also get a professional refill. Among other things, we invite you to the seminar Excuse me, is it my business, Speedmeeting, Artists Whitout Borders and not least a major international meeting: Open Circle part 1. See the program for more info.

Are you wondering how you can take part in the glory?
Don't despair, we've opened sales of Festival Passes.
There is a limited edition of 50, so it's first come, first served!
Single tickets for performances will go on sale on Wednesday, October 10.

Don't miss out on experiential days with inspiring performances, renewed knowledge and engagement.

Welcome to SHOWBOX 2012!
