The program for Scenekunstbruket's annual festival SHOWBOX is finally ready. On Tuesday, December 1 at 19:00, the festival officially opens at Black Box Teater with the critically acclaimed performance 'Skuggar' by Jon Fosse, with the company De Utvalgte. The opening evening continues with a party for performing artists, organizers and other interested parties from all over the country.

During four days in December, until December 4, you can experience guest performances from Canada, football dance from Jo Strømgren Kompani, a new performance from Verk Produksjoner and a pre-premiere from Grenland Friteater. Stavanger is also represented, with Dybwik Dans - for the first time on a stage in Oslo.

In addition to a rich selection of performances, there will be talks, discussions and speed meetings. This year's seminar debates the use of children in art:
What does it add artistically - and how does it affect the child who participates?
