New shows in the repertoire

We have added several performances to the repertoire, including Othello from Barneteatret vårt/Teatret vårt. Scenekunstbruket is pleased to be able to offer the regional theater in Møre og Romsdal its critically acclaimed production to the rest of the country!

2016 marked the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death and Barneteatret Vårt marked this by producing this modern version of perhaps the greatest tragedy of all time. Pop art replaces old theater sets and the story unfolds between the three who love, hate and manipulate or are manipulated. The play asks the difficult questions about what it means to be human. For who is to be trusted? Who can you trust with your heart - your best friend - the one you love? Who helps you make the right choice, go the right way?

The production is the first play in Barneteatret Vårt's youth initiative Teatret Vårt Ung.
