The nominees for Gulljerven
In connection with Scenekunstbruket's 25th anniversary, we are awarding the newly established performing arts prize GULLJERVEN. Here are the nominees.
The wolverine is a powerful animal. Its body is agile and light, and it moves cunningly through narrow openings in the mountains and down steep valley sides. The similarities between the wolverine and the country's touring performing arts companies are obvious.
With GULLJERVEN , we're striking a blow for both fauna and the performing arts. For a long time, we've wanted to give an award to everyone who works and works hard in the field of performing arts for children and young people, and what could be better than giving an award to celebrate yourself?
In connection with Scenekunstbruket's 25th anniversary, we are therefore awarding GULLJERVEN. This is a newly established performing arts award that will honor artists, companies, performers, technicians, tour organizers and everyone else who works to bring the performing arts to children and young people in every nook, cranny and steep slope in Norway.
The nominations have come from the performing arts field through an open nomination round.
The award will be presented during this year's Showbox festival, Thursday, December 5.
