With its fantastic light shows and music, Plantene is a performance among the rare. With everything from light and playful tones to dark and scary sounds, the composers have put together a fantastic performance. They had well-known and slightly smaller pieces that they played. We were taken on a journey through the Milky Way and saw the history behind most of the planets. For example, Mars was named after the Roman god of war of the same name. We also traveled further in the universe and got into the action of Star Wars. We see pictures of many famous astrophysicists. The Royal Marine Band played an extremely large number of instruments and it sounded spectacular. Later, two acrobats came in; a boy and a girl, who stood on their hands, on the ground and on sticks. They danced while the orchestra played. They told their stories very well and we felt what they felt. After they had played a lot of songs, they had to change places and clear the stage, which they did really well. They let the bell players play gongs and other similar instruments. This was really cool, especially after they had hung up the little "gongs" and played an instrument that sounded like drums. Finally, the mannequin enters a ring and spins around. This was a great ending to a great show.
