This is an interactive theater performance for children 9-12 years about lying, trust and communication.

Klara is a 12-year-old girl with three parents: bonus mom, mom and dad. She's going to meet them - and the public - on the athletics track, to run an important test race. The race will determine her future as an athletics talent, and her parents are excited and proud.

But Klara doesn't show up at the agreed time. She has chosen to do something completely different. Her parents only get vague messages about where she is and what she's doing. What is happening to Klara? How can she choose to skip such an important race, and why hasn't she told her parents before?

The audience is divided into three groups and act as advisory experts for a mom, a dad and a bonus mom, who repeatedly resort to lies to avoid conflict with each other, and with their common child - twelve-year-old Klara. In the conflict that arises, the trust between the characters is broken in different ways. Can they find their way back to each other?

The performance is performed and improvised in dialog with the audience, on an athletics track or in a sports hall.

The production is supported by: Norwegian Actors' Center, Dramatikkens Hus, Teatret Vårt, Østfold International Theatre, Arts Council Norway and The Fund for Performing Artists
