Two boys are playing and find an old book in an old chest.
Out of the book comes the fairy tale that begins to tell its story, and the boys do their best to visualize what is being told.
Join us in an adventure about the telling of a story through shadow theater, puppetry, juggling and the newly created performing arts form: "yodeling theater".

The fairy tale is a magical performance that not only tells the Norwegian fairy tale about Kari Trestakk, but follows its development from Egypt to China to the Brothers Grimm and finally in Norway with Asbjørnsen and Moe.
