Producer of the year: Katrine Kirsebom

The Producer of the Year has worked in the industry for many years. It's a person who always manages to lift their gaze, see the big picture, but at the same time be aware of the individual's needs. The winner is often on the artists' side, as both defender and ambassador.

This year's producer is brutally honest, but always friendly. Clear, but always responsive to others' perspectives. For several years, the producer has worked actively to make different bodies and stories visible to young audiences. She is responsible for programming performing arts for tens of thousands of children and young people as a producer for performing arts in DKS Viken.
