Hedda Award nominations

Congratulations to all the nominees for the Hedda Award! This year was extra fun in many ways. Two of the nominated shows have played, or will play, at Showbox!

Nominated: best children's show and best direction

Katma Theater 's production Frida is nominated for both Best Children's Performance and Katrine Strøm for Best Director. Here you are guided into Frida's world with headphones on your ears in a tribute to courage, difference and imagination as a tool to overcome adversity.

Nominated: best youth performance

Rimfrost produksjoner is nominated for best youth performance with the monologue performance Å leve videre. Here we meet the sister who was on Utøya with her brother. She was 17 years old, he was 23. The brother never came home again. Å leve videre is part of Scenekunstbruket's repertoire and premiered at Showbox in 2023.
