Topic: Artistic practices - death, war and conflict in the performing arts for young people

At Showbox 2024, we have several performances that touch on human and societal crises. Several of them are based on documentary material and close reality. What methods do the artists use to turn these stories into performing arts for young people? The conversation will include the context of performing arts, artistic choices and methods, the relationship between the sender and the story being told, and the tension between responsibility for the audience and one's own artistry. 

The conversation is between Norwegian and international performing artists playing at the festival.
