Imagine if you were three meters tall? Or had six legs? Or could live without your head? Our body is constantly changing. It grows, changes and surprises us.

For hundreds of years, people all over the world have been inventing strange creatures. Half human, half animal – or something else entirely. These mythological creatures help us explain what we don't understand.

In BIG FOOT, we are inspired by these creatures to explore what it means to grow up in a body that is constantly changing.

GUTS is a dance company in Oslo with three dance artists from Norway and England. They use their bodies and senses to turn ideas into movement. They spend a lot of time playing, testing and finding out what the body can do. When they create performances, they also collaborate with other artists who create sound, costumes and scenography.
