If you come to church this evening, you will be given headphones and instructions before you take a seat in the pew. Around you, a film crew sets up with cameras, cables and slingshots. They are filming a funeral scene, and you are an extra. But in front of the altar is a real coffin. What is fiction, and what is reality?
