Have you ever thought about the impact that smells and odors have on our lives and our memories?

With an actor, a dancer and a musician on stage, children and adults are invited into a world where memories, experiences and scents are woven together.

Welcome to a sensory and mystical journey of discovery where smell is the bridge between fantasy and reality, connecting people and memories. The performance uses scent and smell as part of the experience.

Inger Cecilie Bertran de Lis is artistic director, choreographer and director of ICB Productions. She graduated from the Norwegian National Opera Ballet School and the Norwegian National Academy of Ballet, with further training in Paris, where she studied ballet with Gilbert Mayer of the Paris Opera. Previously, she has been a dancer at the Finnish National Ballet, Landestheater Linz, Malmö City Theater and the Norwegian National Opera, as well as a freelance dancer in several performing arts productions both at home and abroad.

Since 2006, Bertran de Lis has focused on creating performances for children and young people, combining theatrical, visual and auditory elements. Her performances, known for their appeal to both children and adults, have been performed at Dansens Hus and elsewhere in Norway, as well as on international stages such as Theatre Mercat de les Flors in Barcelona and Tanzhaus NRW in Düsseldorf. She has also choreographed for institutional theaters, including the award-winning production of The Lady from the Sea at Oslo Nye Teater.
