We start in an empty room and create theater together. Here everyone is "backstage" and sees how the magic happens. Inn i forestillinga! is a symbiosis of a theater workshop, an interactive performance and a theater laboratory led by two performers where the students join the performance and get to try themselves as actors, directors and musicians.

The performers alternate between storytelling, acting out scenes and activating the pupils, who help to color and influence the story along the way. Together, we create the story of a girl who traveled by boat to America 100 years ago. With the help of simple tools, the students get to experience what it takes to create a full-fledged theater performance. Who knew that it's possible to cross the Atlantic in a school gymnasium with just a sheet, some music and a paper boat?
